Disco's & Other Entertainments

Dave Hunt first started with disco's at the tender age of 13, playing at friends birthday parties, moving on to organise discos at the school he attended.  In August 1979, Dave became the youngest D.J. with his own night at Worthing's Carioca Club, eventually staying until May 1986.  During this time, many other establishments were worked, including Carolines Club and the Royal Stewart (now the Kasbah), whilst continuing to run a busy Mobile Disco.  The Tiroler Bar in Worthing was another "claim to fame", Dave says "We started a Tuesday night disco in February 1982 and within 6 weeks the place was packed, definitely the right thing at the right time.  I eventually left at the end of January 1991".  Besides running the Disco, Music Quizzes are now part of the busy schedule, as is an active involvement with Splash FM Radio 107.7 both on air and with various roadshows.
